• you are in fact a university
• you will take reasonable steps to ensure that the software is not converted to commercial use
If you cannot meet the requirements of the streamlined purchase option, we can work individually with your uiniversity to complete the purchase.
• Download the Custom Purchase Pricing Worksheet, fill it out, then print it out.
• Download the University Purchase Assurance Letter, fill it out, then print it on university letterhead. Note that this letter *must* be on university letterhead.
• The purchase assurance letter must be signed by a tenured faculty member.
