February 8, 1999 (Business Wire) Wright Williams & Kelly (WWK) announced today it is immediately offering significant discounts and incentives on its Factory Explorer® simulation software products and services to existing ManSim^TM and TestSim^TM customers. This action was taken in response to the recent layoffs and facility closures announced by Manugistics (NASDAQ: MANU), the parent of ManSim^TM's developer, Tyecin Systems.

Factory Explorer® is an integrated factory analysis tool designed to help make smart business decisions. It is capable of directly reading ManSim^TM user data files. The Factory Explorer® capacity analysis engine quickly predicts system capacity and bottleneck resources; the cost analysis engine calculates product cost and factory gross margin; and the fast discrete event simulation engine estimates dynamic measures such as cycle time, work-in-process, and waiting times.
