Summary:

Factory Explorer's error checking routines look for a text string containing 'valid'. This text string causes an error message if it is found the the model name.

Details:

If a model name contains the text string 'valid' (ie Aspen-valid.xls or Aspen-validated.xls), Factory Explorer will issue the error message "Model name 'C:\FX2.9\Aspen-valid.xls' is not valid for this operating system and/or version of Excel.".

Workaround:

Do not use any text sequence in the model name containing the string 'valid'.
