Summary: The costs for the equipment utility categories are inaccurately calculated.
Details: In the Factory CommanderTM v2.3 release, the calculated costs for individual equipment utility categories were incorrectly represented in the output reports where the equipment's operation and maintenance cost are presented. The utility category computations for Natural Gas, City Water, DI Water and Other Utilities related to the first two years (8 quarters) of the model's time frame were being underestimated by a factor of four. These calculations are represented as a sum total in the Total Utilities Cost column of the Equipment Operation & Maintenance Costs report. This error is restricted to these specific categories of the equipment. The same computations for the Electricity Cost category are not affected.
Workaround: This issue is resolved in the v2.3.1 update to Factory CommanderTM which will ship to warranty and maintenance contract customers shortly.
