TECHNICAL ALERT #18 If you do not enter a parametric limited yield loss or use TWO COOL® v2.3 for Wafer Fab, the following discussion does not affect your results. It has been determined that the OEE chart may incorrectly plot the composite yield value for instances where parametric yield loss is greater than zero. The numeric OEE results table is correct. This problem can be corrected by the end user by going to cell F759 (1 column model) or cells F/G1239 (2 column model) and entering a value = 1. This issue will be corrected in future versions of TWO COOL®.
