He served, in various capacities, for development and refinement of SEMI E10 and SEMI E79 Specifications and SSQA process. He is a worldwide recognized equipment reliability expert, author, and trainer in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry He conducted many equipment reliability training sessions and improvement process assessment all over the world. He served in the Board of Examiners for 2007 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
